Reiach and Hall were appointed initially to obtain planning permission for a very large building visible from nearly all of Edinburgh's classic viewpoints. We achieved this successfully through an understanding of the technical process involved. We subsequently prepared part of the employers' requirements for the PFI bid documentation.
