Site E2 Edinburgh Park

New Edinburgh Ltd

Speculative offices.

Reiach and Hall were appointed for this £5m speculative office development in Edinburgh Park which provides 38,000 sq ft of space over L-shaped four storeys using displacement ventilation. It was completed in February 1999 and is now occupied by Oracle. The principal concern of the design was the quality of the exterior space: the building is entered through a new landscaped courtyard which distances the entrance from the parking, creating a sense of place often missing from business parks.
